United States Shipping: All Items are shipped from San Jose,CA by ground through the US Post Office by Priority Mail or by UPS (United Postal Service). Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of payment and can take 5-7 days to arrive from the date of purchase unless arrangements are made for overnight or express delivery.
Shipping Charges: Please read the product description for shipping charges. Shipping charges if applicable will be charged to your credit card before the item leaves our warehouse. All International purchases will be charged for shipping. Small International orders of 1-3/4 inches by 5 inches by 7 inches and 8oz or less are charged a flat fee of $15.00; additional charges apply for oversized items. Overnight Shipping: You may request overnight shipping by Federal Express. The charge for small items such as jewelry is typically $35.00 to $45.00. These charges will be added to your credit card prior to shipping. Oversized item require special pricing and may not be able to be shipped overnight.
If SilverLeaf Antiques is unable to sell or ship an item to a particular state or country, because of local laws or customs for any reason; we reserve the right to refund the amount of your purchase and cancel shipping.
If shipping or pickup of an item is the Buyers responsibility, the item must leave our warehouse within 14-days. Seller reserves the right to cancel the sell and refund the Buyers money if the item is not picked up within 14 days. Return Policy: Our items are antiques and collectibles and are aged from use by previous owners. We try our best to describe any flaws in the item within the product description. We highly recommend you ask all of your questions before purchasing an item. Certain items may NOT be returned once they leave our warehouse; this is disclosed in the product description.
Typically all sales are final. However, if you wish to return item, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the item and you will need to pay for return shipping. Once we inspect the item to make sure it is in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the item, less a 10% restocking fee and less the cost of the original shipping.
